Experienced Chef for Hot Section Wanted

Would you like an exciting and varied workday in a seasonal restaurant kitchen offering both set menus and à la carte? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high gastronomic standards, and enjoy being part of a strong professional team? Then you might be the chef we are looking for.
We are expanding our hot section and are seeking an experienced chef to join a highly skilled team. The hot section currently consists of 2 sous chefs, 3 chefs, 1 kitchen assistant, and 1 apprentice. Knudhule also has a corresponding cold section; however, your primary responsibilities will be within the hot section.
We are looking for someone who, like us, values craftsmanship highly and takes pride in delivering quality work—for the enjoyment of both guests and colleagues.
At Knudhule Badehotel, you will become part of a quality-conscious and creative team of trained chefs, assistants, and apprentices (14 full-time kitchen employees). You will report directly to Head Chef Dean Jespersen, who, together with three sous chefs, manages and coordinates the daily kitchen operations.

are a trained chef or have equivalent experience
possess strong professional skills and work in a structured manner

About Knudhule Badehotel
Knudhule Badehotel is beautifully located just outside Ry, with direct views of the scenic Knudsø Lake. The hotel has been owned and operated by Dean Jespersen and Anders Kalstrup since 2013 and is open year-round, with a strong focus on gastronomy, wine, overnight guests, private events, and conferences.
We offer 30 rooms and houses and have capacity for approximately 250 banquet guests. Throughout the year, we host a wide range of events and functions.
The hotel is home to the very popular à la carte restaurant Gastronomisk Institut, which holds two stars in The Danish Dining Guide. Our extensive wine cellar has also been awarded the Best of Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator.
